The Delcycer is a monster that has always followed humans around like a deadly shadow. People never saw him, but he was always there. It started with factories that dumped their waste into rivers, that was his workings. He always had the mission to ruin the oceans and kill the animals inside of it. Today, his main job is bringing plastics into the ocean. He met Kelpie and her smiling ocean friends and then ruined their beautiful ocean right before their eyes. He brought plastics that looked like the animals' food, causing animals to eat it. He brought plastic that small animals would get caught in, causing them to die. He stuck plastic into currents, which caused them to go into six different patches, the largest of them being the Great Pacific Garbage patch. When people tried to help, he just got another person to throw some more plastic away. When people tried to make plastic substitutes, he would whisper into the ears of CEOs telling them that their contracts should use regular plastics. The Kel-Jel team saw this monster and vowed to Kelpie to try to stop him by making a kelp-based plastic-like material.

Paul Yution is Delcycer’s, right-hand man. Wherever Delcycer is, you can bet that Paul Yution isn’t far behind. Paul Yution collects a lot of plastic to bring to the ocean, using methods such as pushing them into storm drains or rivers. Paul Yution helps Delcycer whenever he can, and that includes helping kill the ocean animals. He has plastic rings stuck to his dorsal fin after faking being stuck to lure other animals to him so he could trap them.
