Hello and welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! My name is Ms. Alexandra Gomez and I will be your U.S History and/or Intensive Reading teacher for the upcoming school year. This is my third year teaching at AcadeMir Charter School Preparatory and I am beyond excited to get to know each and every one of you. I graduated from Florida International University with a B.S in Elementary Education with both Reading and ESOL endorsements. I also graduated with a M.S in Higher Education Administration. When I am not in the classroom I enjoy grabbing coffee, heading to the beach, traveling, spending time with my family and friends, and coaching our Lady Tigers Cheerleading Team! 

I am so excited to embark on the journey of Middle School with you all!
