Comprehensive Science 2 is a science credit course that includes topics scientific research and method, energy, waves, the earth’s structure, rock cycle, evolution, ecology, genetics and reproductive health education. Students enrolled in this science course will take a Science State Test at the end of Grade 8.

This comprehensive Science Course is a prerequisite for many majors in higher education, such as medicine, the biological sciences, environmental science and engineering. When you leave this class next year, you will have a profound appreciation for the composition of the world around you, and you will have expanded your science vocabulary and knowledge. Comprehensive science 2 will allow you to have the ability to better communicate technically with the rest of the scientific community.
