Health Concerns at School?

Does your child have any health concerns that we need to know about at school?   Please notify the School Nurse and/or their teacher.  You can also download a care plan listed below or notify Nurse Kelly for a hard copy.  These care plans are share with any "need to know" staff, so that we are all on the same page about caring for your child here at school. 

 
We do encourage medications to be given at home when possible.  But if your child does need to take daily medications or have emergency medications on file for school use, the Medication Authorization Form must be completed and signed by a health care provider.
