FREE Audiobooks?? Yes, please!
Audiobooks are a great way to keep reading when you don't have time to sit down with a book! You can listen to them on walks, in the car, on train or plane trips, while exercising, while doing chores, before bed ...
And the good news is, you don't have to pay a cent for audiobooks available through the RJ Grey Library and your local public libraries. Their audiobook services, such as Sora, Hoopla, and Libby, have a huge selection of current, popular books in all genres and for all age levels.
Audiobooks often appeal to kids who don't love to read print books ... and their brains are practicing and engaging in the same important comprehension skills when they listen to audiobooks! Audiobooks are a great way to boost your child's reading engagement when reading for enjoyment.
Important note: if a student is using an audiobook to read a book for school, we ask that the student follow along using the print version of the book, while listening to the audiobook.
