Welcome to the R.J. Grey community and the 7 Blue team. We encourage you to stay active and involved in your child’s education here at R.J. Grey. At the same time, we will be encouraging our students to advocate for themselves and ask you to help instill and develop this critical skill. In order to help you stay connected to your child’s experience here, we would like to provide you with some important information, policies and procedures of our team.

As a team we maintain a shared website, which you can access on the RJ Grey page http://rjgrey.abschools.org/. On this you will find team updates and homework information. These pages can be especially helpful if a student is absent or wants to make sure that homework was copied correctly. However, information on these websites is not meant to replace material taught and handouts given in class. Students need to refer to their Google Classrooms.

If you have any questions or concerns throughout the year, email is the most efficient means of communication. If you would like to sit down with all of us, please call the counseling office at extension 3330 to schedule a team meeting. Be assured that we will be in touch if there are concerns we would like to share or if we think that a team meeting is necessary.

All students will be participating in a 20-minute school-wide study time four days a week. Students should come prepared with something to work on or to read. Students may also use this time to check in with a teacher or get some extra help.
