Clearwater Condo Great Room Renovation- 2025

Clearwater, FL- Great Room Renovation of  a second floor, 1150 square ft condo in a 55+ community.  Our client, an active interior designer for a Manhattan commercial design firm, had exacting standards and a clear vision our team brought to life through the use of magazine photos and manufacturer design brochures, precisely reimagined for the client's actual spatial dimensions and condo mechanical service limitations.

Featuring painted gray cabinetry with elegant birch inlays paired with custom, handcrafted stained walnut upper cabinets behind fabricated tinted glass black aluminum upper cabinet doors; with handmade walnut range hood—both built in Able Builders’ in-house fabrication shop. The space is finished with scratch-proof UV Cured Urethane coated, textured LVT flooring, imported European lighting,  Premium quartz countertops, matching counter-to-ceiling full-height backsplash, premium appliances, custom pantry installations, full ceiling rebuild with smooth coat texture throughout, premium paint, custom base & crown molding, pop-out sockets and a fully upgraded electrical panel—blending refined design with expert craftsmanship.
