Charities We Support

Sara’s Smiles Foundation was created in loving memory of Sara Burke, a vibrant, energetic, fun-loving five year-old who was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor.  Although physically distant from the world she knew, Sara was able to harness the power of love and support and made many, many happy memories in the hospital despite the challenges.  

For the past 17 years, Sara’s Smiles has honored Sara’s legacy of hope, determination, and cheer by delivering care packages to children across the country who are coping with cancer.   They are currently in the process of pivoting this mission.  Their new endeavor will be granting funding to other organizations who help create a warmer, more positive, more empowered experience for children who walk in Sara’s footsteps.
