Habit #2
Begin with the End in Mind
Have a Plan
Skill: Teach your children to set a goal while creating or planning steps to achieve their goal.
Begin With The End In Mind means to have a plan when setting a goal. This habit teaches to first see yourself accomplishing a goal, then outlining the steps to obtain it. The mission is to teach them that in order for the physical body to follow the mental thoughts we must see, believe, and plan to attain it. Discussing this habit with your child can focus on setting daily, weekly or monthly goals, and establishing the necessary steps to complete it while flexing their proactive muscles.
