Flourish
The Flourish Project exists to equip young people to develop a healthy self-esteem, mental and emotional wellbeing. The programme is passionate about seeing young people realise their full potential through partnering with schools to deliver a range of engaging and creative activities that help equip each young person with the tools and techniques to enable them to be everything they can be.
"Flourish" is delivered at St Machar Academy by the School Pastors in small groups up to 10 participants weekly for a 50 minute session over 8 weeks.
