The Social Studies faculty offers a broad range of subject choices for pupils in S3-6.
In S3, you will choose at least one subject from Geography, History, or Modern Studies.
From 2026 onwards, National 3 People and Society will also be available as an option for some pupils who would benefit from a more flexible, skills-based course.
In S4/5, this course will continue at National 4 level, alongside the usual choices at National 5 in Geography, History, and Modern Studies.
