There is no entry requirement for National 4/5 RMPS. However, the demand of the course and the exam is not suited to everyone.

Independence – students are expected to be responsible for catching up work missed and meet all deadlines
Assessment - pupils will be set 8-mark questions from each of the three units. The prelim will also act as an indicator of progression.
Pupils sitting National 5 will sit a 2hr 20 minutes exam, which will cover all three units that have been studied.
Pupils sitting National 4, will have four unit assessments which are internally marked.
