Applying for a School Space

Families moving into Kingswells zone throughout the course of the year should contact the school to  arrange a visit if they wish. If there is not a space available they will be placed on a waiting list. The  school will endeavour to reconfigure classes at the summer break to include pupils on the waiting list, https://integration.aberdeencity.gov.uk/service/School_applications___apply

Class organisation 

The number of classes at each stage is dependent on the number of pupils in each year alongside  the maximum teacher: pupil ratio of 1:25 in P1, 1:30 in P2 and P3 and 1:33 in P4-P7. In most schools it is usually necessary to create composite classes. Our Composite Class Leaflet shares more information and FAQs. The pupil to teacher ratio in composite classes is set at 1:25 regardless of stage.
