Ensemble classes are offered as a part of AASD’s Summer School offerings for students with at least one year of formal instruction on their band instrument. These classes are a great way to encourage your band student's consistent growth as the ensembles meet throughout the duration of the AASD Summer School. These ensemble classes are available to all district band students with 1-4 years of experience on their instrument. Parents can choose between classes at James Madison Middle School and Einstein Middle School for their convenience. More information can be found via this link.
There is a week-long band camp that is offered at Appleton North High School for students entering grades 6-9. This is an excellent camp and will definitely challenge your student a great deal (incoming 6th graders are the youngest students admitted to the camp). More information can be found via this link.
