Open Safari and go to this website..

Tap the Share button, which is the icon that looks like a square with an upward-pointing arrow at the bottom of the screen.

Scroll down the share menu options and tap Add to Home Screen. If you don't see it, scroll to the bottom of the list, tap Edit Actions, and add it to your favorites.

A preview screen will appear. You can tap the name field to edit the name that will appear below the icon on your Home screen.

Tap Add in the top-right corner.
