Safety policy

• You shouldn’t use anything to extend the handles of pliers, or hit then with a hammer – use larger pliers instead.

• Oil pliers and wire cutters regularly. A drop of oil on the hinge will make the tools easier to use.

• Don’t use pliers as a hammer: most pliers are not strong enough for this.

• Keep pliers clean and dry them before storing, as steel exposed to moisture will rust.
