Chromebooks
Expectations for use of the Chromebooks
- DO NOT put any stickers or labels on the Chromebooks.
- DO NOT write on the Chromebooks
- Chromebook charging cables should not be removed from stations for any reason
- Chromebook Carts should not be unplugged. If you need to move them please contact Nargiz (13603)
- The G2, G1, and Kinder Team Leaders are responsible for the Chromebooks, charging stations and cables
- G3 and G4 teachers are responsible for their own cart of Chromebooks
- The charging carts should be locked away at 3:30 every day
- Chromebooks should be charging when they are not being used
- Chromebooks are not to be used by after school activity clubs unless they have been cleared with the ES IT Integrationists
- Your grade team needs to create a booking system to use with the Chromebooks
- Student account information will be given to teachers by the ES IT Integrationists
- Chromebooks issues should be logged with Nargiz or the Integrationists - Not with the IT helpdesk
- Chromebooks should be on the OpenNet wifi
- The main account on the Chromebooks should be Chrome Admin (image is a chess piece), if you do not see that please let an integrationist know.
- If a Chromebook is found that does not belong in the cart please return it to the AV room in the Library.
- Student's should be assigned a specific Chromebook to use to reduce the amount of users logged into the Chromebooks.
