If you have not yet completed the New Hire Packet, please go back and complete that step. Upon completion of the New Hire Packet, you should have received an email from our system with information about your fingerprint status and next steps.
All employees for the public schools are required to be fingerprinted before starting work. If you have not been fingerprinted, or your prints have expired (i.e. you have had a break in employment) you will need to be printed again before you may start work through AAPS. Cost to be fingerprinted is paid for by the employee.
To have your fingerprints done, please find a fingerprinting location near you, or visit one of the two local locations listed below. Bring the Live Scan form with you. The form will need to be completed by the fingerprinting agency. Your completed Live Scan Form and Waiver should be forwarded to hr_cbc@aaps.k12.mi.us as we cannot allow you to begin work with us until we have your prints and authorization.
You will need to present a State Issued Photo ID when having your fingerprints done.
