78% of Providers  write Diapers/Briefs when the patient is actually using Pullups also know as Underwear.

*Reusable cotton underwear is not covered 

* Cleaning wipes are not covered

Pullups/Underwear = Active Patient

Diapers/Briefs= Bed bound or Mobility restriction
