Flamingos are a species of birds that are very unique due to how they're shaped and their adaptations. flamingos can reach 4.7 feet tall and weigh 9 pounds. flamingos have pink-colored feathers, long legs, and a slender body. Flamingos have a flexible neck with a small head. They also have small feet compared to their legs. Flamingos are omnivores and eat algae, small seeds, and aquatic invertebrates such as brine, fly larvae, shrimp, and mollusks. Flamingos live in savannas, near seas or lakes, and in deserts. They can be found in parts of South America, India, The Middle East, and Southern Europe, and can mostly be found in Africa.
