For 1st and 2nd of ESO.
The idea is that each student gets a card. The student with the card that says "START" starts by reading the word (in this case, "APPLE"). The timer is started. Then, the person with the translation (in this case "POMA") reads out his card ("POMA. CHEESE"). Then, the person with that translation reads out his card ("FORMATGE. CHICKEN"), and so on around the room until you get to END. The timer is stopped. You do this once at the beginning of the lesson and once at the end (with each person having a different card), to revise. They should get a better time at the end. You can also have the classes compete against eachother, which gives them more motivation to try.
