Credits, Licenses and Contact

This website and the didactic sequence have been built and designed by Jordi Domènech Casal, Science teacher at secondary school in Spain and has been included as part of the ProyectandoBioGeo science learning activities itinerary.

The didactic sequence includes activities promoting habilities (use of Calc program, Content management), knowledges (Population dynamics, Food webs, Biomass pyramids,...) and attitudes (Open-Source software, Creative Commons,...) through an Inquiry-Based-Science Education (IBSE) didactic approach adapted to the standards proposed by Bernie Dodge as a Webquest.

The learning sequence has been indexed by Aplicació de Recursos al Currículum from Generalitat de Catalunya and the WebQuest Directory of Comunitat Catalana de WebQuest. It has been awarded with an Special Prize at the WebQuestCat contest on WebQuest learning sequences.
