Team Sponsorship

Each team is responsible for recruiting its own Team Sponsor in order to help keep registration costs low. Share our Sponsorship Opportunities flyer with potential sponsors. The Team Sponsorship fee is only $275 and gives a business several ways to get in front of our community.

Begin with these 3 steps:

1. Ask the parents on your team if there are any business owners who would like to sponsor and gain exposure.

2. Next, ask if any parents on your team have an employer that might consider donating to our league. 

3. Speak to local businesses you know or frequent that might consider sponsoring your team and ask if they would support our league.

FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions)

1. Can Banner Sponsors count toward Team Sponsorship?

Absolutely!

2. Can a team have more than one sponsor? If so, do all sponsors receive the same benefits?

Absolutely! Sponsors receive all the benefits paid for regardless of how many sponsors there are.

3. Do sponsors receive a letter confirming their payment for tax purposes?

Yes, an electronic letter is sent via email that confirms their payment and the benefits they receive, along with other details they should know for the season.

4. How can sponsors make a payment?

Sponsors may pay in one of three ways (Please make sure the sponsor also completes the Sponsor Sign-up Form:

1. By credit card at Sponsor Payment

2. By check, mailing in their check made out to Warm Springs Little League - to P.O. Box 14783, Fremont, California 94539

3. By check, handing a check to a parent on the team. Parents may drop off a check in the clubhouse. Please take a photo of the check and notify Tamah at tamah@wsll.org for specific instructions. CHECKS MUST BE LEFT IN THE DESIGNATED PLACE specified by Tamah.
