Who Participates?
All players in all divisions (Tee-ball through Juniors)

The fundraising goal per player is $300

PERSONAL FUNDRAISING PAGE: To make fundraising easier, we use a free fundraising platform, 99pledges, allowing us to gain the support of friends and family across the world via email, text, and social media. Our fundraising site is https://app.99pledges.com/fund/2025wsll Each player has their own personal page to share and collect money online. You will receive an email invite from 99pledges to set up your personal page.

WHY ARE WE FUNDRAISING? Registration covers less than 50% of approximately $100k in annual operating expenses, we need help fundraising to support our league operations.
Photo Day:
Sunday, April 13th in conjunction with the Hit-a-thon - See Team Schedule Below
NO MAKEUPS ARE OFFERED, please arrive during your team's timeslot
You’ll receive an email with detailed instructions on how to purchase your photography package (both individual and team photos are provided) as well as the Team schedule so that you know when to arrive.
Players should wear their clean uniforms and bring their baseball gear.
Photos happen BEFORE players participate in the Hit-a-thon.
Packages must be purchased prior to arriving for photos.
Coaches and managers receive a 5x7 coach/player voucher on photo day
Photos are delivered to the league and your Team Parent will be notified when they are available for pickup

Hit Day:
Sunday, April 13th - in conjunction with Picture Day
Players should bring their baseball gear and be ready to hit the ball on the field after their team finishes their photos.
Each player gets 5 strike-zone pitches.
Younger players can hit off a tee.
Hitting targets and distance markers will be set up for prizes.
All participants will receive a snack shack ticket!
Adult Hit-a-thon (New this year!)
Come to the Minor B (Farm) Field at noon on Sunday
Donate $50 to the Adult Hit a Thon player page: https://app.99pledges.com/fund/2025wsll/adult-hit-a--thon
Please provide you player in the comments of the donation to have the total applied to your player of choice
For each $50 donation, adults get 5 swings to hit softballs as far as they can.
Pitches will be “Adult Softball” style.
All bats are legal to use.
Minor A/Major Home Run Derby
Current WSLL Players
Minor A or Major Players
Raised at least $300 for the Hit a Thon
Come to the Minor A Field’s 3rd base bleachers at 2:45.
First hitter starts at 3pm or 10 minutes after the conclusion of the Hit a Thon.
For the first round, all participants receive 90 seconds (starts with first pitch) to hit as many home runs as possible.
Participants must use league approved helmets, bats, and conduct themselves in a manner consistent with little league rules and values.
Any fair ball that lands over the fence in fair territory is a home run.
ALL batted balls MUST land before the next pitch is thrown – Any pitch thrown prior to the previous batted ball landing will NOT be counted as a home run.
Players can bring their pitcher (min age 14). A pitcher will be provided if needed.
After the first round, the top 2 finalists (or more if tied) will compete in a final round. If the final round ends in a tie, there will be one tie-breaking round. If that ends in a tie, we will have co-winners.
The winner will receive 4 free tickets to Golfland in Milpitas.
BBQ Lunch
Available 11-2. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
Snack Shack
Open all 10-3. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
