Norman Quinn, owner of Countryside Landscaping, is requesting that the Town amend the uses permitted under the Town zoning regulations for Limited Industrial ("LI") Districts to permit as additional primary uses: self-storage operations and cultivation and processing of retail and wholesale aggregate, soil, and nursery stock.
