Planning Board proposed amendments

Please find at the following link four zoning bylaw amendments proposed by the Planning Board. These were voted by the Planning Board on March 9, 2020 to be forwarded to the Select Board in compliance with MGL Ch. 40A-5 which requires "the submission to the city council or board of selectmen of a proposed zoning ordinance or by-law". The Select Board's only required action for the proposals is to transmit them back to the Planning Board. The Board is then required to hold a public hearing on these items within 65 days of its receipt. Myself and Planning Board chair Stephanie Boyd will be in attendance on March 22nd if there are any questions on the proposed amendments.
