Good Afternoon Jason,

I just spoke with Mark Ringie and also wanted to catch you up on the progress out here on Water St. as well. I knew you said you were on vacation so I didn't want to bother you last week. Anyway, as you can see we have started the full depth road work by reclaiming the existing road (which will be screened and re-used as gravel subbase) and the drainage work is essentially complete. Next week C & A will begin excavating down to subgrade and bringing back in the screened material as gravel. My guess is they will start on the south end of the project and work towards Rt. 2. Hopefully this should be about a week and half then we can start the dense grade and paving.

I would say tentatively the dense grade would be sometime during the week of 10/1, with the paving of base and intermediate course immediately following. With that being said hopefully the road is black by the end of second week in October (10/12).! Following that will be curb and sidewalk work on the left side starting from Meachem St. towards Rt. 2. I'll keep you posted with any other updates that may come up.
