Statement to be shared regarded Police Departments position on immigration status issues attached.
Since the last report on 11/10/16:
Community: K9 Officer Ziemba continues with his role as the School Safety officer, attending a Crisis Management meeting at MGRHS on 11/15; reviewing off site evacuation points with MGRHS on 11/17, participating in lockdown drill on 11/21 at WES and giving a lockdown presentation at the Williamstown Community preschool on 11/29.
Motor Vehicle Crashes: There were twenty-one (21) MV crashes reported:
Parked/Parking Lot (5): Williamstown Commons; Proprietor’s Field; Spring St; Cumberland Farms; Williamstown Medical Associates
Roadway (8): Water St (MV backed into MV behind it); Cold Spring Rd (MV slowing do to pedestrian in roadway struck from behind); North St (MV slowing in traffic struck from behind); Adams Rd (Tree branch fell onto windshield of EB MV); Taconic Trail (EB MV slid into guardrail due to slick road conditions); New Ashford Rd (TT Unit struck guardrail due to slick road conditions); Field Park (MV struck curbing due to slick road conditions); Woodcock Rd (MV slid off roadway due to slick road conditions)
