BUILDING

Ryan is nearly complete with Liquor License inspections, only minor issues remain. The bookstore and science center projects are progressing on time. Williams is currently in the process of setting the modular units for classrooms, labs, and offices for use during the construction of the next phase of the science center project.

HEALTH

The Board of Health approved permits for the new owners of both the former Sushi Thai Garden (now to be called the Blue Mango) and the Green Valley Motel.

Jeff Kennedy has been performing livestock inspections on both large commercial, and small backyard owners of horses, cattle, sheep, goats, chickens, pigs, and other non-traditionally domesticated 'pets'.

LAND USE

The Planning Board continues to work on designing their community outreach work. The ZBA is meeting tonight but will be postponing the hearing on a proposed hotel for 430 Main Street. Conservation Commission has been working on a collaborative pre-permitting approach with Williams College on their Spring Street hotel project.
