BUILDING

Ground has been broken on the science center project at Williams.

Plan review work continues for the Bookstore project.

Permits have been issued for demolition and site preparation at Mount Greylock.

HEALTH

On June 6 the Board of Health amended its Septic System regulations giving the Health Inspector ore flexibility in determining when a follow-up inspection was need on unoccupied dwellings.

The Board also approved a Tobacco Product Sales Permit and capped the number of permits at seven (7), 2 more than are now used.

The Board granted new permits to the A and A Mart (formally O'Connell's Convenience Plus) and to SCS Trash Removal.

LAND USE

Planning Board meets Tuesday to set priorities for FY 2017 and to review a modification of subdivision for Old Farm Way and a Plan Review for the Williams Book Store. ZBA meets Thursday to review a request to extend a non conforming home on Main Street.
