Williamstown Historical Museum Lease

The WHM Board approved the lease below at their September meeting. This is original template from counsel with a few adjustments and simplifications as appropriate. Work has been ongoing over the summer between our DPW staff and the Museum to address various building issues that both parties need to do. The general division of labor is that the expectation for the Town is to make sure the building is standing and has appropriate exterior walls, etc. and the Museum is responsible for any interior work needed to support their specific use.
