There have been 2 sections of the annual Environmental Planning class at the College. Every year, there is at least one project working on an issue for us. You may recall, last year's class laid the groundwork for our work with WRLF on Berlin Mountain.
This year's projects include reviewing possibilities of carbon trading, expanding the Northern Berkshire Solid Waste Management District and making the solar aggregation more carbon neutral. Presentations continue this week, including Thursday evening with Conservation Commission.
