Elton Ogden will provide update on 330 Cole Avenue project expected to be underway next year. Letter forthcoming.
Board will need to authorize me to extend Option one more time - expect closing and property transfer in 1st quarter of 2020. Option expires at end of December 2019. The option language expends one additional year and recognizes that the entity taking title to the property is Berkshire Housing Development Corporation. The pdf attached is the original agreement.
