PBIS Rap

Calling all kids! I would like to create a PBIS Rap. This is where I need your help. You do not need to rap for the entire song. You only need to rap a couple of lines. If you can only do one sentence that's fine too. If you want to sing a little that's fine too. I will chop them up and add them to the instrumental track. When it is complete I will play it over the morning announcements. The purpose of this is to give students positive messages about how to behave, what is expected, attitude, respect, responsibility, and what it means to be ready to learn. Feel free to rap/sing about the great things that go on here at William Floyd Middle. If you make it to the final cut, your name will be entered into a raffle to win an itunes gift card. We will be using "The Message" by Dr. Dre. Obviously, make sure your lyrics are clean. :) Below is an example of a PBIS rap I did a couple of years ago with students.

1. If you want to record yourself rapping/singing,using the chromebook, use this link below. Practice a little before you record yourself. Make sure you are listening to the music while you rap. If you are singing leave one ear free so you can hear yourself.

2. After you are done recording and are happy with how it sounds click "click here to save"

3. It will then take you to this page below. Select the link and hold down "ctrl" button with "c". You just copied the link.

4. Now click on this link and type your full name and paste the link by holding down "ctrl" button and "v". Click submit and I will receive your recording. Go back and record some more. Have fun. :)
