Screenings

Screenings:

The school nurse, in accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, will perform the following screenings:

• • Postural/Scoliosis Screening- grade 9

  • Hearing and Vision Screening- grade 10

  • Heights, Weights, and Body Mass Index (BMI)-grade 10

If there is any reason a student should not be screened, please notify the school nurse in writing/email.

Parents can submit physical exams with the documented screenings.
