How do I refer a student for School Counseling?

- Send me an email or meet in person. I'll ask you to share your concerns and whether or not you have checked in with the parent on this concern.

- We may want to schedule a time for me to observe your student.

- We may set a time for me to meet weekly with your student (short-term) individually or as part of a group. I will reach out to the parent for input before meeting with their child.

What if my student needs Counseling outside of school?

I have a list of area therapists that I update regularly. Just send me a request and I will pass it along with notes on those I have a good relationship with or feel would be a good fit for your student.
