Spanish is offered on Tuesday and Thursday for 30 minutes each session to students in grades K-4.
Capybaras, Jaguars and Pumas, Oh My! Spanish students in Grades 3-4 read the Spanish book, Capibara con Botas by Mira Canion. This book tells the story of Carlos, a capybara who has special boots that help him on his travels through Ecuador. Students read the story en español, learned more about the rainforest and created posters for many animals of the Amazon Rainforest.
