Service Projects & Fundraising:

For events, fundraisers, activities, etc., you will need to propose/seek approval from admin. Send along these requests to me:

Here is the form to request. You can handwrite or type and email to me. If completing electronically, please edit the file name in your Google doc by adding your project/event name with the proposed event date.

Approval of posting of materials in building:

If your club/organization would like to post papers/posters/announcements/etc., please submit a hard copy to administration for approval. In addition to complying with WCPSS Board Policy 5210, we want to be aware of what's happening in the school & be able assist with communication.

Please follow the steps below to gain approval:

- Must adhere to WCPSS Board Policy 5210: Distribution and Display of Non-School Material
- Each poster must be stamped approved and dated in order to be displayed in school.
- Posters may stay up for 30 days. After this time they must be removed or they will be thrown away.
