2022 XC Season Info

Before attending an Official Workout (8/1 or later), you must have been cleared via DragonFly (www.dragonflymax.com). If you have not been cleared then you CANNOT attend.
Practices are Monday-Friday (see Calendar for details)
Must complete a 3-mile Time Trial prior to being allowed to compete. Times required are:

a. Freshmen Boys - no time requirement

b. Sophomore Boys - Under 24 minutes

c. Junior Boys - Under 23 minutes

d. Senior Boys - Under 22 minutes

e. Freshmen Girls - no time requirement

f. Sophomore Girls - Under 27 minutes

g. Junior Girls - Under 26 minutes

h.Senior Girls - Under 25:30 minutes

8/13 - Kickoff Classic Scrimmage @ WakeMed Soccer Park (8:00-10:00 AM)

8/20 - Early Bird Meet @ WakeMed Soccer Park (Boys - 8:00 & Girls - 8:40 AM)

8/31 - Meet vs GH, Athens & GL at WakeMed Soccer Park (6:00 & 6:30 PM)

9/7 - Meet vs HS, Athens & GL at Sugg Farm (6:00 & 6:30 PM)

9/9 - Friday Night Lights at Beeson Park (6:00-10:00 PM)

9/17 - Adidas XC Challenge at WakeMed Soccer Park (8:00 - 11:30 AM)

9/22 - Meet vs. Apex, Cary, GH, PC & MC at WakeMed Soccer Park (5:00-7:00 PM)

9/27 - Meet vs. Cary, PC & GL at WakeMed Soccer Park (5:00-7:00PM)

10/6 - Meet vs. Cary, MC, & PC at WakeMed Soccer Park (5:00-7:00PM)

10/8 - NCRunners Elite at Beeson Park

10/13 - Meet vs. Apex, Athens, Broughton & GL at WakeMed Soccer Park (5:00-7:00PM)

10/18 - SWAC Conference Championship at WakeMed Soccer Park

10/29 - 4A Mideast Regionals at WakeMed Soccer Park

11/5 - 4A State Meet at Beeson Park

1st Practice - June 13th (6:30-8:00AM) at ATT-Wimberly Road
Make sure you have updated your information and forms in DragonFly (www.dragonflymax.com)
Make sure you have good running shoes (Pace Yourself or Fleet Feet are great places to get shoes)
Bring a water bottle, towel/yoga mat
