WHS Audition Info

*Audition Recordings for 2023-2024  Honors Wind Ensemble are due by Wednesday March 1.

*Any player interested in playing in Honors Jazz Ensemble just needs to sign-up.  There is no audition.   All Jazz players (with the exception of piano and guitar) need to be enrolled in either Concert Band or Honors Wind Ensemble)

Honors Wind Ensemble Audition Requirements:

1.Choose a classical piece of your choice to record that demonstrates your playing ability. Length should be between 1-3 minutes. *Recommendation – Choose something you already know and sound confident on.

2.Record yourself playing a one octave concert Bb chromatic scale with a rhythm and tempo of your choice that demonstrates your playing ability.
