Advanced Placement

Students will be expected to produce a lot of work independently from class time, as 55 minutes a day is not enough time to make the effective volume and quality of work for this portfolio.

The student will produce 29 high quality works in 3 separate categories.  For students to be successful, they will need to exceed the required numbers of works so that we can pick the best of the best, as opposed to just what they have.

AP is a very intensive course.  We will be creating portfolios that will be sent off for review in April.  THe portfolio will cost $83 (as of last 2014), this number may change slightly.  I would like students to get these paid prior to winter break, so that it doesn't surprise them in march.
