Participants must be a U.S. resident or have a valid U.S visa at the time of applying and performing during the final rounds of the junior and senior division. - Age: Must be 18 years or older to participate, OR if under 18, must have parent/legal guardian consent and participation
- Social Media: Must follow both @CulturaChamoy and @R.O.S.C.A. on Instagram throughout the entire scholarship period
- Mobile App: Must download the R.O.S.C.A. App and maintain active status
- Contact: Must be subscribed to the Metiche email list and provide valid email for direct contact
- Support Network: While only two email entries per student (school email & personal email) are permitted, family members and friends are encouraged to sponsor a student by signing up as well. No limit to how many family and friends can sponsor a student
