Since we have started examining nonlinear functions and doing other more advanced things it would be nice to have a deeper understanding of distributions and know how to simulate things in stata.

For extra credit points please complete the extra credit assignment below. The assignment is worth up to 3% extra credit points added into your final percentage. Note that it will be very tough to receive all3%, but partial points will be awarded. For your own benefit try to focus on the big picture ideas while doing this assignment (what distributions look like, what they are used for, how to simulate things in stata,...).
