Summary

    Birds of the Cook Arboretum Research Project (BCARP) is a citizen-supported research program to monitor the migrant and breeding forest-bird populations of the Cook Arboretum in Janesville, Wisconsin, and to document long-term changes in bird populations, species diversity, and habitat changes.

Volunteers Needed!

    Interested in helping the BCARP?  We need people to help sample birds in 2024! Dates for 2024 likely are on either first or second Saturdays of June and July.  Expertise with forest birds not needed, as you can be paired with more experienced birders.  Please click on the Information for Participants link along the left margin for details.
