ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE

Chair, UW Colleges Department of Biological Sciences (2014-2018). Responsibilities included leadership in hiring and mentoring of all faculty and Instructional Academic Staff, coordination of curricular plans with the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, and providing divisional leadership.

Responsibilities included hiring and mentoring of Instructional Academic Staff, coordination of curricular plans among divisions and departments, creation of course schedules, maintaining the instructional budget, and serving on the Dean’s Council.
