After student schedules have been completed, changes will be made only if the request for change conforms to one of the following reasons:

-Student has not had the necessary course prerequisite.

-Failing a subject with the teacher's prognosis of continued failure because of lack of background or ability. (Lack of effort or interest not accepted!)
