4.1 Program Impact on K-12 Students
The EPP utilized an employer satisfaction survey to demonstrate compliance with Standard RA4.1 for its advanced programs, including the Master's program in Guidance and Counseling and the Master's program in Leadership in Educational Organizations. The survey was developed in 2012 and was revised in October 2022. During onsite interviews and in the Addendum it was determined that employers are sent the satisfaction survey every five years.
In the Master's program in Guidance and Counseling, 80% to 100% of completers were rated as excellent by employers in 2022-2023, declining to 50% to 75% in 2024.
Among the results obtained through the evaluations, it is noteworthy that 100% of the sample achieved an Exemplary level of execution. Furthermore, 78.95% of the sample (n=15) achieved a perfect total score, while 21.05% (n=4) obtained a score between 96-97%.
Among the descriptions of their strengths, it was observed that they have clear objectives and goals in the classroom, use participation strategies for their lessons, encourage teamwork, incorporate diverse activities, and employ varied assessment strategies.

4.2 Satisfaction of Completers
The EPP utilized an alumni survey and qualitative interviews to measure satisfaction in alignment with Standard RA4.2 for advanced programs, including the Master's programs in Guidance and Counseling and Leadership in Educational Organizations. Evidence was provided through three cycles of data: the 2019 Completers Survey Result, the 2023 Completers Survey Results, and the 2024 Completers Survey Results. The survey instrument and qualitative interview questions were submitted, and it was determined that the EPP-created survey met CAEP criteria requirements. The analysis in the Addendum narrative demonstrates program completers consistently perceive their preparation as relevant to their job responsibilities and effective in addressing challenges encountered in the field. The Addendum acknowledges concerns that the data included some completers who were not working in roles directly related to their preparation area, but the majority of completers were working in related fields, providing a solid basis for analysis. For the Master's program in Guidance and Counseling, 50% of completers were in related roles in 2019, increasing to 100% in both the 2023 and 2024 administrations. This reflects an average of 83% of completers working in areas aligned with their studies. For the Master's program in Leadership in Educational Organizations, 50% of completers were in related roles in 2019, 77.8% in 2023, and 57.1% in 2024, averaging 62% across all three cycles. These findings were further corroborated by qualitative interview excerpts included in the Addendum and onsite interviews with advanced program completers. Completers consistently indicated that their preparation was relevant and effective for their professional responsibilities, despite variations in career alignment for some individuals.
Accreditation proccess was passed successfully without further revisions on Standard 4.1
