About Workshops
The UNLV Writing Center joins forces with various departments to provide student- focused workshops in various areas of writing. The classes may vary from semester to semester, but there are generally workshops for style formatting, writing basics, grammar, etc. Click here for workshop descriptions and here for our schedule.

Write-Ins
In conjunction with the UNLV Library, Graduate College, and the English Department, we host write-ins for various disciplines. The write-ins, held in the Lied Library, provide writers with handouts, a quiet space, refreshments, and consultants for one-on-one guidance, in addition to computer access for those without laptops. Currently, write-ins are scheduled for graduate students and those enrolled in ENG 102 or 114.
