Outline Biography
Born in Baghdad on the 26th of March, 1954. Spent three years in St. Mary primary school (kindergarten and one year in the 1st primary class). Transferred to St. Joseph primary school and then joined Baghdad College High School (directed by the American Jesuits). After graduation, joined College of Medicine-Baghdad University and graduated in 1978 with a bachelor's degree . Worked in the College of Medicine-Al-Mustansiriya University in 1979. Got the M.Sc degree in pathology in 1989. Promoted to the degree of assistant professor in 2002.
