Ask Extension is a little different than writing a single email or answering questions in person because the answers are saved in a national database and searched by other people seeking similar answers. Therefore, it’s important to write well no typos, good grammar, appropriate and professional language and to include helpful links to U of M Extension information (or from another university Extension resource).
